Add the BCC address and your link
Copy your BCC address from Settings into the accounting software (or your email client) you send invoices from, and put your payment link in the invoice template or email signature.
Every invoice you send lands in your HexaBee ledger; every client can pay it by clicking the link.
Payment methods you can enable
Go to Settings > Payment Methods to toggle which methods your clients see.
Share your payment link
Once set up, you get a unique payment link. Add it to your invoices.
Add this link to your invoice template or email signature. If your software can insert the amount and invoice number (?a=&r=), the payment page opens pre-filled. If it cannot, the plain link is enough: your client enters the email address the invoice came to, confirms a code, and sees every unpaid invoice from you - matched from the BCC copies.
Your BCC address is in Settings. Add it to the invoice email in your accounting software once - every invoice is then read automatically (number, amount, payer) and marked paid when the payment lands. Unpaid invoices get automatic reminders.

Common questions
Is HexaBee free to use?▾
No monthly fees, no setup fees. In Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Poland a bank payment costs you nothing: the payer adds a flat €0.49 when settling the invoice, and you receive the full amount. In the UK HexaBee charges one all-in fee per transaction: 2.0% + £0.20 for GBP payments (Pay by Bank 1%, min £0.50; Klarna and Afterpay 6.9% + £0.30), Stripe processing included. You choose who pays it: absorb the fee yourself, or have your customer cover it at checkout.
Which accounting software do I need?▾
Any - or none. HexaBee needs two things from you: a BCC address on the invoice email, and a payment link in the template or signature. Both work from Rivilė, Finvalda, Xero, QuickBooks, Word or a plain email.
Does HexaBee read my email?▾
No. HexaBee receives only the invoice emails you choose to BCC to your HexaBee address. It has no access to your inbox.
How do merchants receive money?▾
Straight to their own bank account. In the Baltics payments are initiated by Montonio, a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, from the payer's bank to your IBAN. In the UK payments settle through your Stripe account. HexaBee never holds funds.
What if the invoice details are wrong on the payment page?▾
You can always edit the amount and reference before paying. Nothing is charged without your review.
Is my payment information secure?▾
Yes. Bank payments run through your own bank; card payments are processed by Stripe or Montonio. HexaBee never sees or stores card details or bank credentials.
Do I need an account to pay an invoice?▾
No. Click the link in your invoice - or open checkout.hexabee.buzz/mano - enter the email address the invoice came to, and confirm the 6-digit code we send there. That is the whole login.
What currencies are supported?▾
GBP and EUR are fully supported. Currency is automatically set based on the merchant's country.
Do I need a card terminal for in-person payments?▾
No. HexaBee lets you accept card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay using just a QR code or an NFC sticker - no hardware required. Customers scan or tap, enter the amount, and pay from their phone in seconds.
Can I send a payment link without an invoice?▾
Yes. HexaBee payment links work standalone - generate one from your dashboard, send via any channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS), and your customer pays through a hosted checkout page. No PDF or invoice needed.
