When do I get paid?▾
Payments go straight to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard payout schedule - typically within a few business days. HexaBee never holds your funds.
Can my customer pay the fee?▾
Yes. Switch the fee mode in Settings and the checkout amount is grossed up so you receive the full invoice amount. Payment links have their own per-link choice made when you create them.
