Bank payments: €0 for you
Your client pays the invoice by bank transfer from their own bank, straight to your IBAN. Payments are initiated by Montonio, a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.
HexaBee invoices you €0.39 per paid invoice once a month; the bank cost is €0.10. You receive the full invoice amount plus the €0.49, so a bank payment nets you €0.00.

UK: your customer pays exactly the invoice amount and the fee is deducted before the payout. Baltics: your customer pays exactly the invoice amount too - nothing is added at checkout - and the €0.49 is yours: €0.39 on HexaBee's monthly invoice, €0.10 on Montonio's.
Your customer covers the fee
UK: the amount is grossed up at checkout, so you receive the full invoice amount. Baltics: your customer pays the invoice plus €0.49, and the payment costs you nothing.
Pricing questions
When do I get paid?▾
Baltics: a bank payment is a transfer from your client's bank to your IBAN - it lands the same or next business day. UK: payments go to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard schedule, typically within a few business days. HexaBee never holds your funds.
What is the €0.49 made of?▾
€0.39 is HexaBee's platform fee, invoiced to you once a month for the invoices that were paid; €0.10 is the bank cost of the transfer. Both are collected from your client together with the invoice, so you are never out of pocket on a bank payment. The fee is the same whichever payment method the client picks.
Can my customer pay the fee?▾
Yes. Switch the fee mode in Settings and the checkout amount is grossed up so you receive the full invoice amount. Payment links have their own per-link choice made when you create them.
Are Stripe or Montonio fees charged on top?▾
No. In the UK the fee is all-in - Stripe processing is included. In the Baltics the €0.10 bank cost is already inside the €0.49; only card payments carry Montonio's card rate, which you see in your Montonio account.
Are there any setup or monthly fees?▾
No. You only pay the per-transaction fee. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no hidden costs.
